Dashboardhosting, Inc is seeking a well-rounded interactive marketing specialist to help implement, measure and optimize a variety of interactive campaigns for its growing adult dating site. Ideal candidate should have some experience with e-mail, display advertising and social media, but a stronger history in the fields of paid search (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) including a working knowledge of HTML. An inclination for reporting and analysis is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Improve reporting and analysis across campaigns
* Develop optimization suggestions for all initiatives
* Lead SEO program:
—> Link-building analysis and acquisition
—> Website architecture analysis and optimization
—> HTML/Content development and optimization
* Assist with SEM campaign:
—> In-depth reporting & metrics analysis
—> Monitor ongoing testing
* E-mail list segmentation and message deployment
* Social Media measurement, support and integration with SEO efforts
* Oversee on-site display advertising program
Qualifications
* 3-5 years relevant work experience * Google Adwords and MSN AdCenter * Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools * SEO analysis tools * Build complete HTML pages * Strong Excel skills * Third-party e-mail providers * Social media sites and landscape * Affiliate marketing and display advertising knowledge a plus * 4 year college degree * Self-starter
Compensation & Benefits
