With two main brands, Art.com and AllPosters, websites in 25 countries and 15 languages, and an ever-changing inventory of over one million items, we face an exciting opportunity to further grow our business through Search Engine Marketing. We currently use a combination of proprietary technology and brainpower to creatively manage and scale a portfolio containing tens of millions of keywords and we are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to join us in our quest to take our programs to the next level.
As an Online Marketing Manager, SEM, you will combine your analytical and leadership skills with strong SEM strategic knowledge to develop, implement, and iterate programs and business processes. You will directly drive measurable results within the programs and your work will be presented to c-level executives on a regular basis. You will be part of a small, tight-knit team whose members are directly responsible for meeting aggressive growth and profitability targets. You will communicate across a wide range of teams including engineering, user experience, localization, merchandising and other marketing channels to drive cross-channel projects that make a strong impact not only on SEM but on the entire business. Your exceptional analytical skills, proactive nature, and your ability to collaborate and inspire in a team environment will allow you to learn from great talent in all areas of internet retail and to share your own unique experiences with your colleagues.

B.S./B.A degree Significant search expertise (3 years +), additional online marketing experience a plus Expert level experience with Google AdWords (GAP certified a plus) and Yahoo/MSN Significant knowledge of Google Analytics, WebTrends and/or similar 3rd party systems Microsoft Excel with experience using it effectively for a wide range of SEM management and data analysis functions Driving projects from start to finish with proven results Presentation of project plans and objectives to a range of audiences, including executives Demonstrated knowledge of key metrics for effective ROI analysis and best practices for SEM account optimization across a range of business goals Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and goals Extremely proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about success Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team and across departments Knowledge of APIs (Facebook, Google, etc.) a plus E-Commerce / Online Retail experience a plus Foreign language skills are a plusRecent jobs at art.com
